Seat not moving at full speed

SimRacer™ Racing Motion Simulator

Our Seat Belt Tensioner is also standard equipment on the SimRacer™ racing motion simulator and simulates seat belt pressure that is felt on the driver's chest when either braking or accelerating. The tensioner's pressure can be set to either 20 lbs. or 40 lbs. total depending on driver preference. This is accomplished by adding of removing two springs, one on the right side and one on the left side shoulder belts.  Also our tensioning system uses V-shaped rollers that are positioned directly behind the openings in racing seats for pass-thru of the shoulder belts.  They serve two functions; to eliminate friction that would be caused by the shoulder belts rubbing against the seat and to keep the shoulder belts aligned with the seats pass-thru openings.

Note: The seat belt harness itself is not included with a Simracer purchase but can be purchased from us seperatly.
